Abstract
A new species Bootanomyia simtolaensis sp. nov. (Hymenoptera: Chalcidoidea: Megastigmidae), associated with twig galls of Quercus leucotrichophora formed by the cynipid genus Dryocosmus, is described from Uttarakhand.
